Life: are you riding or drowning?

10 Mar 2014 | Being Human

We all go through ups and downs in life. Everyone has good days and bad days, highs and lows.

My question to you is, are you riding the waves, or are you drowning in them?

I quite often answer when someone asks me at the moment, “how are you?” that I am roller coasting life! So I love this, mostly I would say I ride the waves but I guess this was a great reminder for me because at the moment I feel I am drowning in them! So I need to polish up my virtual surfboard and get riding them again!

My philosophy is to ride too – and I think it can be easy to find ourselves on the other side now and again. The trick I guess is to notice where we are and make that choice about where we want to be 🙂 Happy rollercoastering!

Am riding! Think it is important to celebrate the highs and find a ways to not drown in the lows
