I quite often answer when someone asks me at the moment, “how are you?” that I am roller coasting life! So I love this, mostly I would say I ride the waves but I guess this was a great reminder for me because at the moment I feel I am drowning in them! So I need to polish up my virtual surfboard and get riding them again!
My philosophy is to ride too – and I think it can be easy to find ourselves on the other side now and again. The trick I guess is to notice where we are and make that choice about where we want to be 🙂 Happy rollercoastering!
