Grace ran two excellent workshops [How to be a Productivity Ninja and Getting your Inbox to Zero] with my entire team. Over the course of the time she was with us her enthusiasm, knowledge and ability was infectious and the frameworks she introduced to the company have already made a massive difference to us. I have no hesitation in recommending Grace and I certainly hope to be able to work with her again in the future.

Half day workshop to equip individuals with personal email survival skills
The average worker spends 41% of their time on email management, and the volume of email each of us receives is currently doubling every 4-5 years. More than half of all UK workers admit to being stressed by how much email they receive. It’s time to take control.
With this Getting Your Inbox to Zero email training, you’ll learn frameworks, tips and tricks that will significantly reduce your email processing time, and yes, your inbox will be at zero by the time we leave.
Format:
3 hours
Live virtual or face-to-face
Outcomes:
Actually get your inbox to zero (yes really!)
What you’ll get:
Grace is a productivity genius. I attended ‘get your inbox to zero’ a task I believed to be unachievable and I am now a convert to ninja productivity. At the start of the process I had over 12,000 emails to deal with. I now have zero requiring my immediate attention-which gives me more time to think and more time to be effective at a strategic level. Grace delivers the goods and her personal coaching style works well for busy knowledge workers who are always on the go.

I contracted Grace to work with me on increasing my productivity, having taken on a large new research centre this year (on top of 2 others that I’m either leading or collaborating on). Grace worked me through, step-by-step, what I’m doing well and what could be improved, and then sat with me at my desk while we set up new and improved systems.
Importantly she didn’t come in to sell me one way of doing things, but really worked with me in terms of identifying my own values (making sure there’s time for having fun with my family is top of my list, but also that I’m able to spend enough time working with and supporting my teams) and the reality of my life (e.g., 2 young kids, lots of overseas travel, split working between home and my office etc). I feel excited, energised and – importantly – as if my head’s above water. Many thanks to Grace!
