Calling  big-heartedleaders with bold ambitions.

Your people are struggling. You see it.
You want to do something about it. But what?

Another wellbeing initiative? Mental health awareness? Productivity training to help ease the load? (All of these things have their place, of course)

It’s a challenging season… and honestly, probably the fifth challenging season in a row! What started as a sprint has become an ultra-marathon. So of course your people are tired.

Change-weary. Hustle-fatigued. Battle-worn.
(You know that because you feel it too!)

But you have hope. And vision.

You’ve got big ambitions and bold plans – and a bloody brilliant team who are capable of so much.

So how do you reignite their resolve and restore their resilience? How do you fuel their passion and sustain their spark?

The answer isn’t in another campaign or initiative, retreat or perk.
It’s in reimagining our approach to Struggle.

Want to build a future-ready culture?

Then we need to have a conversation about Struggle.

In a world that’s changing faster than ever before, it’s no longer enough to just be experts in our field. To deliver 100% all the time.

A future-ready culture needs to be ready to adapt, lead in uncertainty, innovate from mistakes, grow in adversity and build stronger relationships in shitty situations.

I help:

🎤 ‘Change-fatigued’ and hustle-weary teams navigate uncertainty with renewed hope, resourcefulness and camaraderie

🎤 Big-hearted and ambitious leaders grow stronger, resilient and more innovative organisations that thrive in an ever-changing world

Unflappable

“Grace delivered a 90 minute Productivity Ninja session for our Staff Day at Teenage Cancer Trust in July. She was a pleasure to work with in the build up, unflappable on the day and delivered a great session that was packed with advice and tools that people – including me – have been putting into practice straight away. Thanks Grace, I’d love to work with you again!”

The graphics rocked!

I had the pleasure of connecting with Grace almost a year ago when she ran a “Productivity Ninja” virtual development sprint for our EMEA & APAC based employees. Her calm and patient approach landed very well with our employees, and the content was incredibly engaging. We stayed in touch after that and when she published her latest book “Struggle”, she kindly sent me a copy which I devoured and immediately knew this whole topic was perfect to spotlight at Discovery. When I asked her if she would like to run a keynote based on the book, despite the fact she hadn’t developed this yet, she didn’t hesitate and we worked closely to get the messaging right for the company, and make sure key points were covered. We just ran the session yesterday which was another huge success – thank you Grace! Not only was it incredibly thought provoking, but it was engaging and the graphics rocked!

Grace is flexible, thoughtful and ultra communicative – from a client perspective she’s a dream consultant to work with! I have no doubt we’ll continue our collaborations in the future.

Left the audience buzzing

Grace was the first presenter of the day at our biannual conference this year. We always find the first talk is crucial to the energy of the day, and Grace proved an inspired choice. Not only did she impart an amazing number of ideas in a short space of time, but did so in such a dynamic, fun and inclusive way that it left the audience buzzing.

Perfectly pitched, relaxing, fun, interactive and reflective

A perfectly pitched, relaxing, fun, interactive and reflective session to wrap up our two days. You contended with sh*tty tech and tired fundraisers, but what was really lovely were the authentic, raw and personal contributions from people who had not found their voice until that moment.

Grace is a breath of fresh air

“We were thrilled to be able to have Grace as one of our keynote speakers as part of our Global Learning at Work Week at Pearson. Grace was incredibly flexible in her approach to working with us. She listened to the specific challenges we were facing and designed a session that would resonate with our global colleagues.

Grace’s session was one of our most popular sessions for the week, and you could feel the buzz in the Zoom chat as our colleagues listened, learned, and bounced additional ideas around.

If you’re considering helping your own teams think about how they balance their own work life balance and be more productive, Grace is a breath of fresh air. She offers tangible and practical ways to make effective change and who wouldn’t want to learn from a Productivity Ninja?”
